| Studio Marviya is a co-ownership residential project located in the charming typical fisherman village of Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, Mexico. The project consists in the addition of extra units on the third floor of the actual building, a common ocean view sun deck on the roof (including outdoor furniture and a hammocks corner) and the revamping of the exterior shell. At the end of the project, there will be a total of 10 units in a peaceful easy living environment. The inground pool located in the inner court will keep its actual Zen inspiration with its gardens and fountain as well as its inner balconies. | |
