By reserving with CLUB MARVIYA INC. you accept all terms and conditions stipulated. Please carefully read all conditions and make sure you understand them well before reserving.

YOUR RESERVATION AND THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

Your reservation representative at CLUB MARVIYA will be pleased to make your reservation with CLUB MARVIYA. CLUB MARVIYA has taken all the necessary measures to ensure that travelers are well informed of the general conditions that govern the Internet site. All information concerning your flight, insurance, travel papers and itinerary are your travel agent's responsability.

CLUB MARVIYA assumes responsibility to reserve your ground portion at the Club's hotels in Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo in Mexico for your stay. The traveler must carefully read the terms and conditions and understand the implications regarding their travel arrangements.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENTS

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation with CLUB MARVIYA. CLUB MARVIYA does not assume any other reponsibility than that concerning the ground portion of the hotels. Contact your travel agent for your flight arrangements and travel insurance.

Final payment (including taxes and any other governmental fees) is due to CLUB MARVIYA 45 days before departure. If payment is not received in the allotted time, CLUB MARVIYA reserves the right to cancel all reservations without further notice and cancel fees will be invoiced. CANCELLATION FEES

If you must cancel, please ask your reservation representative to advise CLUB MARVIYA as soon as possible. The following fees are applicable upon receival of your cancellation. CLUB MARVIYA reserves the right to resell all cancelled room reservations.

FOREIGN TRAVELLING

Canadians live in one of the best countries in the world and should therefore know that the same living conditions cannot necessarily be found in other countries they visit. Canadians travelers should know that sanitary conditions, security levels, food preparation and the presence of tropical insects (among other things) are all different situations than those encountered in Canada. CLUB MARVIYA cannot be held responsible for any discomfort, incident or sickness that may occur due to the local conditions at your vacation destination.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Travelers commit to obtaining at their own expenses, all documents required by the governmental authorities. We recommend that all travelers obtain a valid passport. It is your travel agent's responsibility to inform you of all documents required.
